Guest Speaker:          Bob Bevis introduced Nigel Bennett, our guest speaker today. Nigel is the co-founder and principal owner of Aqua-Guard Spill Response Inc., a global business dedicated to protecting the world’s most precious resource of water.  Always an adventurer, Nigel was ready the day after his high school graduation to take on his first trip to Caracas, Venezuela.  His task was to photograph sensitive coastal areas from helicopters.  What he saw was crude oil covering fields and lakes, and villages where people lived in the stench of this environmental catastrophe.  From that point on, he travelled world wide, developed prototypes of oil skimming systems, and his company is now in 104 countries around the world.

Nigel has written an inspiring book called “Take That Leap”.  All profits are donated directly to charity, and make meaningful impacts around the world.

Bob Bevis thanked Nigel for his inspiring presentation.
